dPhi endeavours to achieve the highest quality standards. Every item is individually checked before being packaged by hand.
Please note that fulfillment of orders can take up to 10 working days.
If cared for with the same love and devotion with which it was created (i.e. follow the washing & care instructions!) your purchase should last you well and keep its place in your “favourites” drawer for a long time.
Should a defective product slip through our checks and find its way into your purchases we will - after apologising profusely – accept the offending goods back under the following conditions:
- Defective goods may be returned within 14 days of dispatch provided they are returned in their original packaging.
- dPhi will replace the defective goods returned with
- an identical item if stock is available; or
- a dPhi voucher for the value of the purchase price of the item.
Please note that colours are represented differently across monitors, so actual colours might differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
Fulfilment of orders will begin only once payment has been received and cleared.
Should there be a delay in order fulfilment due to stock availability or any other reason, you will be notified with the expected delay and given the option to cancel your order.
NOTE: The prices on the dPhi website are quoted in South African Rand. Please take any exchange rates relevant to you into account.
The prices quoted exclude any import duties or taxes that may apply to the country of delivery.
